All services are tailored to the client’s requirements and are executed based on mutual agreement.

2. No User Accounts

Users are not required to create accounts on our website. Services are initiated through direct communication with our team via email, phone, or online forms.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon with each client individually. Accepted payment methods will also be communicated directly.

4. Refund Policy

  • At Writing Elites, client satisfaction is important to us. However, refunds are governed by the following terms:

    • Eligibility for Refund:
      If a client requests a refund, it will be processed within 90 to 120 business days from the date of the request, subject to review and approval by our team.

    • Review Process:
      We will evaluate the request, work completed, and reasons provided during this period.

    • Important Clause – Public Reviews:
      If the client posts negative reviews (including on social media, review platforms, or any public forum) within the refund review period, the refund will be automatically cancelled, and no further claims will be accepted.

    • This policy promotes fairness and professionalism in resolving client concerns.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All design materials, formatted manuscripts, and publishing assets remain the intellectual property of Writing Elites until full payment is received. Ownership of final products is transferred upon payment completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Writing Elites is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada, depending on the client’s location.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Writing Elites reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version periodically.
